Philosophy

I started work in the mental health field when I volunteered for a year and half with Seattle’s Crisis Line. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Systems Counseling from LIOS College of Saybrook University. During my final year of graduate school, I interned with Seattle Counseling Service, working with a wide variety of individuals and couples. All of these experiences confirmed what I had hoped for since I was 16, working as a therapist challenges me, fulfills me, and nourishes my spirit.

It is a delight to work with clients from all different backgrounds.

Every client honors me by sharing with me a part of their life story. Every client is brave by being willing to step into the challenge of engaging in therapy, and facing that challenge through our work together.
